Everyone in the office was extremely helpful. They did a great job of finding me the policy that fit my needs quickly and easily. Great experience, would recommend
the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! Not only was the staff one in particular was rude and has no customer service skills. The Geico company is terrible,i drive a 21 year old car, no comp_/coll,payments on phone in monthly pay. Was told i could SAVE money by enrolling in automatic payments,HA. Not only did they not process banking info properly,they twice took out payments resulting in charges to my accounts. refusing to correct their mistakes at the Lehigh office as well as corporate I can say I'm now a satisfied customer at ERIE insurance! Where I not only have full coverage on my baby as well as renters insurance ,CHEAPER ,YES CHEAPER than Geico! Lousy company worse customer service and after al my years with them I'm glad I left!
Wow am I very impressed with Dan and his team at the local office! Not only does Dan know his stuff but he and his team are committed to getting their customers the best deals! When you walk into the office you are greeted by the friendly welcoming sales staff who are ready and willing to help. I would definitely recommend anyone to this office
Seriously saved me $406.00 per year! Dan was easy to speak with... I was very nervous about switching because I was with one company for 12 years. Dan spent time with me to explain my options when I was adding my son to the policy too. I'll be calling over shortly to add my husband and our home owners policy. Great customer service!
I went to Geico's website and got a motorcycle quote, and they quoted me over 3x what I'm paying with Allstate for the same coverage. Obviously, I didn't buy it. I thought that would be the end of it, but no. After that, I started getting calls from a phone number I didn't recognize (I send those to voicemail). I googled it, and it was this office. They wouldn't stop calling. Literally called me 6 times on a freaking Saturday (see photo), then every day during the following week at dinner time. Not once did they ever have the decency to leave a voicemail saying who they were or what they wanted; they just hounded me with calls until I finally answered and told them to piss off. Horrible way to conduct business.
