Also, there was a monitor at our table and my grand daughter came to the table (we sat at 2 different tables at the bar). She is not allowed to play games, so I found an article I could read to her. It cost me $1.99 and I didn't even know I was going to be charged until I saw it on my bill. This should not be allowed at the table, as it is a ploy to get more money!
We went to this restaurant yesterday after the ballet. The wait to be seated was 45 minutes at 5:00pm. We decided to go to the bar so not to wait to be served. The waiter at the bar did not have a good tableside manner. I asked for extra garlic in my pasta, and was brought to me cold and it tasted terrible! After dinner, we saw a bug (looked like it could have been a roach) on the floor. Someone just came by and wiped it up with a rag...
Needless to say, I like the dish I get at the Olive Garden, but will not go back to THIS PARTICULAR Olive Garden again!
I have visited this establishment many times and have always been pleased until this afternoon. I arrived at the restaurant around 315 with my elderly husband. It was raining and very damp causing it to be quite chilly in the restaurant. Because of my husband being with me i asked for a table away from the window which the hostess immediately turned back towards the front with a horrible attitude. I'm guessing i messed up her table rotation. Another hostess approached us and happily cleared a booth in a warmer section. After we ordered a gentleman sat across from us. Received his salad and then soup prior to us receiving our salads. Eventually the same "nice" hostess that helped us with our seating noticed we were looking around and brought us our salads. The meal was excellent as always. The server was apparently new and did well over all. I manage the restaurant at the Hilton Garden inn and i am very big on guest service. (Believe me we also have our share of issues) just thought I would pass on that one hostess that did our initial greeting could of put a horrible taste on the overall visit. But being in the business I understand one bad seed doesn't ruin the entire apple. Work on her attitude and would of been the usual 100%

Had another nice meal here with my family. We like to get here around 4:00 to avoid the dinner rush. Server was very polite and attentive. The food is consistent at this location and we always have a good time here. My only criticism tonight is with the Hostess staff. They are indifferent at best with super low energy. This doesn't leave a good impression on the way in. I said "have a great night" on the way out, and there was zero response. I don't ask for much, but the folks at the door should seem to be happy to see you when you arrive, and hope to see you again on the way out.
He got us what we needed quickly and it was fantastic. Olive garden still a great place with consistency in service and quality!
Fantastic restaurant with expected quality and taste. The server was awesome and knew we weren't the people that needed too much time to get out order ready.
Went for daughter's birthday. Six of us in dinner party. Food was excellent. Service could have been better. Server never returned with cheese for the salad. Had to wait for her to return with cheese to top the meals with.
