I had tears in my eyes when I walked into this store. Puppies were in metal barred cages without bedding- they ask for shredded paper donations for their puppies, as that is what they use in the cage. I was looking for a very specific animal, in which they had a few of; however they were so sickly looking. They barely moved, feces was embedded in their fur. AND they are bunnies- they keep both male and female in the same cage. No worries of inbreeding. My heart broke for every animal in the awful dungeon. I left in tears. This place needs to be closed down.

This place has gotten a lot better with taking care of the dogs. When I went I was actually impressed and surprise this place got rid of those metal cages. I'm actually glad they did. The dogs look so much more happier and energetic.

This store wanted to make me cry through poor animals were covered in feces they were crying in pain and none of the workers seemed to care.Brought a dog from here a year ago and he had so many problems Don't buy puppies from here.

Newly remodeled the pet shop now has many more dogs and no longer birds or reptiles giving much more opportunity to interact with a wider variety of puppy

The last time I was in here I noticed many animals in poor living conditions. The one that stuck out to me the most was the anole's habitat. A small lizard native to humid tropical climates like Florida. His cage was kept at such a low humidity that it resembled a desert climate and his bedding was desert sand rather than a moisture-holding coconut substrate. I notified the manager respectfully and she didn't even look at me while I spoke to her. She seemed annoyed by my presence and I doubt that she heard one word I said. It was so upsetting to see animals suffering while the people in charge do not care at all. This place is run by sociopaths who only care about profit. It hurts my heart to even think about how these animals have to live in such poor conditions. Please do not support this place, there are many other businesses who are truely run by animal lovers. I urge everyone looking for a dog or cat to check your local rescues and shelters first. I cannot even go in to this place without wanting to cry. They should be shut down.
