The only reason for 4 stars is that their men's section is somewhat small. However they more than make up for it in care and attention. Every employee I've ever interacted with at this location has always been cheerful, friendly, very helpful and patient (which is not always the case at other locations). They are always willing to give opinions if asked, and if an item isn't in the store they always order it for me and are patient and helpful if I need to return it. Just always feel welcomed and helped at this location. Great experience!
My step-son and I went to this store 4 times in one week. We were trying to plan our family picture which consists of wearing flannels and vests yearly. To my surprise my step-son had already told me about his experience their the previous week. He was looking at a shirt and the sales associate walked up and said "oh those are slim cut, your size shirts are over there". Well he left feeling as one would feel with such a gesture. So I said well I like the checkered vest in the window lets go back in. We did we walked around for 20 minutes never even got a hello, or welcome. An older lady walked in and 3 associates greeted her and waited on her hand and foot. She tried on many outfits. Only to walk out and purchase NOTHING! We had a family of 9 to buy for. We went back day after day to give more chances, till I realized they only greeted me when I was in my work attire. If I was dressed down, they wanted nothing to do with me. I have vowed to never purchase from such a snobby store. My husband and I are far from poor or a family who can't afford your clothes. We shouldn't need to be dressed to get greeted. I ended up ordering my vest online. As much as I loved more, I couldn't get past the judgement and ignorance at your store. I have never felt more unwanted when trying to spend money. What a rude, snobby store! The last time I went in I was holding the vest in my hand the lady walks up puts a stool right in front of me never says excuse me, never says hello she got up and hung something got down looked at me and walked away. I was even more insulted! Horrible store!
