I was at this store recently, very bad experience! The sales people are rude and slow to help. I am a long time customer of victorias secret but will most likely never visit this one again... furthermore, with all the changes this chain is going through, I hope this is not a trend!

Nicest staff! Called ahead to see if they would let me use an expired emailed coupon for a free shirt i wanted. Manager got on the phone looked up the promotion, and said yes! I got to the register and she remembered me calling and was super sweet! Great staff! Everyone was nice and helpful! At VS and Pink store! Will do all my Vs shopping there!
Every time I come to this location, whether Victoria's Secret or PINK, the entire staff is always so cheerful and helpful! They never let me leave without the best deal, a surprise or a free gift! It's great.
