My experience here was excellent. I went a little before closing and they were really helpful. They didn't try to rush me and my party out the doors. They helped us with what we wanted. We were there for an hour and in that time, the customer service was phenomenal. We walked out of there extremely happy customers.
This store sucks. The manager I spoke to was unaccommodating. All I need is a battery. They want me to wait around one hour to see a technician. They won’t let me leave my phone for repair. I live out of state and need to get back to hospital. Unreal. I hate Apple. There is no one here in the store they couldn’t help me out. I asked to purchase battery and put in myself. He said no.
Meh. You can come in with $3k ready to but a laptop and have to hunt down an employee to get one. Place is overcrowded and beware you have to make an appointment for every single concern. Hasn't really improved. Also I'll never forget a few years ago my iPhone had some issues and was under warranty and the worker literally told me I was smart and should just fix it myself (and so I taught myself phone repair and took apart the whole thing then) but yeah they need a better system to deal with the crowds
I Love Apple. When I go there they take care of me with a great attitude and very very friendly. The best store. I have everything from Apple, Laptop , iPad, Apple Watch, iPhone and More. They are the best in electronic staff. I have great experience . I would love to thank them for their service and how nice they take care all the customers. Wao , you got 5 Start if they have more than 5 , I will give you more. 200% Plusssss!!!! Thank you for a good services to the Community!!!!
Poor customer service, been going to this location at least once or twice a month and not once have a had an associate assist me, sad thing is that I love Apple products but with the poor customer service and attention to detail at this location is so poor that I wouldn't ever buy a product from the location, I'd rather buy it online and doing my research on my own. I wish the attitude of this store would change. This location needs to be revamped or retrained in simple customer service to all of its customers.
