Neal was great to work with! Never felt pushed or rushed. We were unsure of what we were looking for exactly for our new home and he showed us options he felt would work for us. He was very honest in answering all our questions! My only disappointment was upon delivery the couch did have a sticker stuck to the couch cushion itself which did pull a little on the fabric.
Always had a pleasant experience with Ashley' s staff. I bought my bedroom set and sofas from this store. Their delivery team were great. I would definitely recommend them.
The selections were plentiful. Sales lady was very helpful and the delivery service was extremely exceptional! We have a small house and a smaller budget ( lol) but we are very satisfied with our furniture. We would recommend Ashley furniture.
Walked in to find no representatives available to help us. I walked up to a counter and asked for a representative. I was told that there were “only two” and they were both busy! I stated that they would most likely then lose a sale. A girl named Sara came over about five minutes later and said she was working with someone else but we could look through pictures of furniture on an I pad. Wow! Needless to say, we left!
We were very pleased with our Ashley Furniture shopping experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery drivers were courteous and professional. We did have a small issue with one of our pieces. Ashley replaced it with no questions. Would recommend Ashley to others!
