there Bad customer service then went to your store in Whitehall. And was greeted by Frank as soon as we walked in. He offered us cold bottles of water and directed us towards the recliner section. He gave us our space and once we were ready he approached us. Nice selection of recliner sofas . We got a great deal plus interest free financing for 2 years.
Great experience, the sales rep was very nice and polite. She was very knowledgeable of the products and helped evaluate which item helped fit our needs. Definitely will be back.

We were Looking to buy furniture for our living room. First went to Ashley furniture store.
When we got went to the one in Whitehall, PA it started off really great. We were greeted by a nice lady named Brie. She was very helpful with helping us find what we needed but when it was time to see if we were approved for the financing we forgot to take into concideration that our credit was hit hard the last two years with purchasing a new home and vehicle. Unfortunately we were denied so we couldn't get the items we wanted which was dissapointing to begin with but then we over heard Brie tell another employee "Well that was a lot of work for nothing" in a very rude tone. Guess we won't be going back there any time soon or doing any business with them if they are going to act that way!! Very rude!!
